For the past decade, I’ve worked for a South Florida developer overseeing the construction of high‑end residential condominium towers. I started as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for everything from securing development approvals and guiding design development to negotiating contracts, managing pre‑construction and buyout, overseeing field operations, and driving the project through testing, inspections, and final closeout. That experience has given me a clear understanding of the real problems that derail projects, and what it takes to keep them on track.

Construction is in my DNA. My grandfather was an electrician and my father was an HVAC mechanic, so I grew up on job sites learning the meaning of hard work and accountability. My early years as a Healthcare and Electrical Field Superintendent gave me a deep understanding of infrastructure and systems integration. A decade as a General Contractor followed, where I advanced quickly from MEP Superintendent to Project Superintendent.

With more than 32 years in the industry, I bring a level of insight and discipline that only comes from decades in the field. My responsibility isn’t to tell you what you want to hear or to be a yes-man. I’m here to safeguard your investment and ensure your project succeeds.
